Like most of my stories, Bubble Trouble is based on a true life event. My grandchildren and I were playing with bubble making machines when one dropped and would not turn off. It kept making bubbles. What fun!  …  What drama!  …  and needless to say, what a big leaky mess! My imagination started spinning as “out of control” as the bubbles, and I had the outline for the story written in my mind faster than you could pop a bubble! Of course, to solve our immediate dilemma, I just pulled out the batteries….
